From Newton Abbot into Torquay follow the signs for 'Civic Offices' this takes you past South Devon College and the bus station.

Carry on following the signs until you see a car park on your right, the your bear round to the right. You will see the Town Hall on your right and the Job Centre on your left there is also a pedestrian crossing. Immediately after the crossing turn left into Castle Road. We are up hill on the right.
